Teen Pointe focuses on building foot strength and classic technique in pointe shoes. Classes begin with warm-ups for the feet and ankles, along with checks for proper shoe fit and padding. At the barre, each movement is designed specificity for the combinations we later explore in center from échappés to bourrées and pirouette prep. We hope that each student finds joy and confidence in themselves as a dancer throughout the season and makes the best of dance friends along the way!
