If you are registering a sibling ages 4 - 9, please use this option. Please note: One adult must register and remain onsite for each family with participating children under the age of 10. PAYMENT OPTIONS If you are requesting a scholarship, please do not complete this form until you have submitted a scholarship application (available at nubability.org) and received a scholarship code. Scholarships are only available for limb-different children. An installment payment plan is available: 25% deposit upon registration and two additional payments. SCHEDULE Check-in is at 7:30 am at the Calabash Fishing Fleet dock each day. The boat will depart at 8:30 am each morning and we will be out on the water until 1:00 pm.
