About This Activity
The “Speed and Stride” camp is focused on the three ingredients of speed – technique, power, and quickness. Forward and back stride, F and B crossovers, and all quick starts will be covered. This camp is very popular and excellent preparation for evaluations. You WILL be faster at the end of this camp! Note: The Advanced sessions are fast paced and designed for higher skilled skaters, (typically Tier 1 hockey and A level ringette players, and higher).
