In this two hour long program, players will focus an hour of training on hitting, and an hour on pitching. Players will go through various best practices to enhance their fundamentals, as well as work on more advanced concepts tailored to their form and body type to yeild maximum results. Small coach to player ratios help ensure players receive individualized attention and reps, as well as finishing every session with competition to ensure they can execute their mechanics in a game like setting.
