Elevate your artistic abilities to new heights with Beyond the Basics of Drawing camp! Designed to expand on foundational skills, this camp offers students ample practice with shading and introduces techniques for creating a vibrant 3-D look in color. Delve into new vocabulary and advanced techniques through engaging art projects that challenge and inspire. Building upon the independent drawing skills acquired in the Basics camp, projects in Beyond the Basics encourage creative expression and risk-taking. From tonal drawings to abstract and nonrepresentational pieces, students explore a wide range of artistic styles and concepts. Each student receives their own supply kit for use during the camp, ensuring they have everything they need to unleash their creativity. Additionally, a personal take-home kit may be purchased separately for continued practice beyond the camp sessions. Pre-Requisite: This camp is best suited for students who have a solid understanding of drawing basics and terminology, providing the perfect opportunity for further skill development and exploration.
