Drawing Fundamentals 2: Expanding Skills & Creative Expression Build on foundational drawing skills through structured, progressive lessons. Explore colour theory, shading, abstraction, and drawing from life. Develop confidence, creativity, and greater artistic independence. At Aliki’s Art House, students continue developing their drawing skills through a structured, step-by-step approach guided by professional artists. This intermediate-level course builds on foundational skills and introduces more advanced techniques and concepts. Students work with colour theory, abstraction, drawing from life, gestural sketching, and advanced shading to strengthen observation, composition, and technical control. Projects are designed to deepen understanding while encouraging creativity and more independent decision-making. With guided instruction and individualized feedback, students refine their skills, expand their visual vocabulary, and build confidence in producing more expressive and complex drawings. **Additional Information:** All art supplies used in class are included. Each student also receives a personal sketchbook to develop their skills and create a cherished portfolio of their artwork. No classes are held on long weekends. This course includes 33–36 classes over a 9-month term, with fees prorated to reflect scheduled days off.
