This group is for pitchers AND position players. Prior to Christmas players will focus on developing arm health and arm strength through a detailed long toss and weighted ball program. Players will be challenged with movement drills to incorporate their footwork into their throwing mechanics. We will cover pitching mechanics, but not move to bullpens and flatgrounds until January. This session will set players up for the New Year when pitchers begin to work on their delivery as they progress through flatgrounds and bullpen sessions. Position players will have an opportunity to continue developing arm strength and will work on footwork to throw from their position. Each session players will work through a consistent warm up, improve their arm action with drill work and video analysis, and complete a series of arm strengthening exercises for performance and injury prevention. Tuesdays: 7:00pm-8:00pm Saturday: 1:00pm-2:00pm
