About This Activity
The Diamondawgs School of Baseball is a unique training and development opportunity for baseball players in Calgary. The FRIDAY ONLY training schedule is not our preferred method of delivering our program, however, this can be a valuable way for JUNIOR HIGH students who do not have the flexibility in their academic schedule to join our program part-time before becoming a full time participant with us in High School. Our program develops better baseball players, but our teaching curriculum is centered around developing outstanding young men and women. Our Friday training will still include: 1. Fall & Spring Outdoor Sessions Skill development will include hitting and defense. Catchers will spend some of their Fridays outside working with our catching instructor. 2. Winter Indoor Sessions: *Hitting *Arm strength & defense *Strength & conditioning or catchers defense The tuition is adjusted to include only Friday training through the school year plus the "hard costs" for each student athlete (BLAST profile, Rapsodo subscription, apparel, etc.)
