The physical demands placed on baseball and softball players are unlike that of any other sport. The games basic skills require incredible amounts of power and speed that must be combined with balance and stability in order to perform them with precision. The athletic training style employed by Diamondawgs Conditioning will develop an athlete's strength while teaching them to stabilize their pelvis and core, maintain balance throughout dynamic movements, transfer power efficiently through the body, repeat mechanics with precision, move with greater efficiency and speed. Each training session will be led by a certified strength & conditioning coach. Tuesday - 7:00pm-8:00pm Thursday - 6:15pm-7:15pm Saturday - 12:00pm-1:00pm
