Baseball Skills camp for ages 10-17 1/2 day camp 9-12pm Groups will be split based on age and skill level. Players new to baseball will be introduced to the fundamental skills of the sport in a fun and positive environment. Focus: - Detailed instruction in all skill areas - Lots of quality reps in the cages to further develop swing mechanics - Arm strength, health and fielding ground balls - For athletes with weight room experience, this program will help maintain the strength and fitness you built in the off-season, help with injury prevention, and improve your foundation for future off-season programs. For athletes with no weight room experience, this program will help with injury prevention and lay the foundation for future off-season training. The stronger you stay through the season, the stronger you can become in the off-season! Registration includes 12 hours of instruction, water bottle, and 1 month Membership to Diamondawgs (must be used before July 31st).
