For baseball and softball athletes looking to keep improving, we have an 8 week in-season program for any experience level. For athletes with weight room experience, this program will help maintain the strength and fitness you built in the off-season, help with injury prevention, and improve your foundation for future off-season programs. For athletes with no weight room experience, this program will help with injury prevention and lay the foundation for future off-season training.
