About This Activity
Improve your skills this off season! This program runs one day per week and will cover all of the baseball fundamentals to aid in injury prevention and improve athleticism. Our focus with our young athletes is to instill greater self- confidence on and off the field. Diamondawgs facilitates that through athletic development in their baseball and athletic FUNdamentals. At their age, having the confidence to hit, catch, throw and field consistently is paramount to their athletic success. Other information about this Diamondawgs camp: - Focus on development of arm strength & arm care education - progression designed for 8-11 yrs - Low coach to player ratio - Radar gun readings for hitting velocity
