This group is for pitchers AND position players. We will continue our focus on developing arm health and arm strength through a detailed long toss and weighted ball program. Players will be challenged with movement drills to incorporate their footwork into their throwing mechanics. We will do more work on pitching mechanics in the New Year as we move to bullpens and flatgrounds in mid-January and through February. Pitchers will begin to work on their delivery as they progress through flatgrounds and bullpen sessions. Position players will have an opportunity to continue developing arm strength and will work on footwork to throw from their position. Each session players will work through a consistent warm up, improve their arm action with drill work and video analysis, and complete a series of arm strengthening exercises for performance and injury prevention. Wednesday: 6:00pm-7:00pm Saturday: 12:00pm-1:00pm
