About This Activity
The “Speed and Stride” camp is focused on the three ingredients of speed – technique, power, and quickness. Forward and back stride, F and B crossovers, and all quick starts will be covered. This camp is very popular and excellent preparation for evaluations. You WILL be faster at the end of this camp! The power skating is not a beginner program as it is geared to hockey and ringette players wanting to improve their game. The power skating classes are challenging and high intensity.
