Venue: Mount Royal University Week #2 Youth "Back To Training" Summer Camp Ages 13-17 We are pleased to offer "The Back To Training" badminton program held at Mount Royal University in the Recreation Building, Stanley gym. Runs Tuesday through Friday from 3:00-6:00p.m. ( August 3rd is the Heritage Day Long Weekend, the University is Closed). Please make note of the camp dates. This focused "Back to Training" badminton camp is offered to those players with previous badminton experience or who have participated in previous school teams, Badminton Alberta Elite program, other city clubs, or competed in junior provincials and junior tournaments. Must have badminton experience. NOT FOR BEGINNERS. Players will refine techniques, shot selection and footwork through structured drills. Emphasis in improving precision, consistency in clears, drives, net play and smashes. Building consistency and stamina with multi shuttle drills and scrambles. Focus in improving tactical skills through competitive matches and ladder play. ladder play will be from 5:00-6:00pm This program is lead by Badminton Alberta NCCP certified coaches in a supportive and engaging environment.
