This session is designed to give players a chance to prepare for upcoming evaluations. Players will be supervised and coaches will lead players through the drills, but there will be no formal instruction provided. Session breakdown: 45 minutes - warm up, throw, defense Dynamic Warm Up Arm prep (tubing, etc) Long toss into netting & throwing for accuracy Ground balls Forehand & backhand 45 minutes - hitting Tee work Front toss station Machine station
