About This Activity
The “Speed and Agility” camp focuses on edges, turns, crossovers, lateral movement, and the addition of speed in and out of turns/transitions and all agility moves. This camp makes the difference between a good skater and a GREAT skater! (This camp is an excellent complement to the “Speed & Stride” camp). The power skating is not a beginner program as it is geared to hockey and ringette players wanting to improve their game. The power skating classes are challenging and high intensity.
