Cape Youth Lacrosse is looking for boys of all experience levels. Teams of equally balanced skill levels offered. The season begins mid-March and ends mid-June with two practices a week and weekend games/tournaments. Teams will be formed after the end of the indoor practice session.
Equipment Needed:

· Lacrosse Helmet - Needs to have "NOCSAE" Lacrosse Seal on Helmet

· Lacrosse Stick (Boy’s)

· Mouth Guard

· Protective Gloves - Designed for Boy's Lacrosse

· Shoulder Pads - Designed for Boy's Lacrosse - must meet the NOCSAE ND200 standard and contain an SEI certification mark

· Arm Pads - Designed for Boy's Lacrosse

· Athletic Protective Cup

· Lacrosse cleats


At this level, young athletes begin developing their fundamental technical skills. The emphasis at this age group is on instilling a love and excitement of playing, while developing the fundamental skills and techniques that will be valuable for future lacrosse programs.
Indoor practice: Starts week of March 24Days: TBD, 2x/weekTime: 5:30-6:30pmLocation: CEMS GymOutdoor practice: Once practice fields are approved for use, practices will be held outdoors at Gull Crest Field.Fee: $200 (with complete uniform), $145 (if you own a current uniform and don't need a new one) If you need a new uniform, there will be a uniform fitting and ordering night in March.
Players must attend at least one practice in the week leading up to a game in order to be eligible to play in that week's games. Practice cancellations due to weather will not be counted against a player.Parent Volunteers are critical for the success of our travel programs! Please indicate during registration if you are able to help coach.
