PROGRESSIVE LESSONS: Children are grouped by ability level within this age group and are introduced to all of the strokes and focus on personal growth, safety, rescue skills, diving, and water games.Level 3: Prerequisite - swim length of pool freestyle with rotary breathing and backstroke. Skills taught: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, diving and endurance.
In order to help keep our pool safe & healthy,
WE REQUIRE:
1) SWIM CAPS for all swimmers with hair chin length and longer.
2) RUBBER/PLASTIC NON-DISPOSABLE SWIM DIAPER under swim suits for ALL swimmers under age 4.
