About This Activity
Description
Youth Cross Country is a club dedicated to teaching kids the sport of distance running. The main focus of this club is to learn that running can be fun and install a lifelong healthy habit in our runners. They will learn form, strategy and more! Practices will be held on Monday and Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. Meets will be held on select Fridays at 5 p.m. For more information, contact Nick at nyaeger@cityofcape.org or 573-339-6626.
