Description
Pre Hapkido is an introduction class to Hapkido for ages 10-15. This class provides the basic skills and foundation that students will need to transition to the adult Hapkido class Students will learn self-discipline, self-respect, kicking, punching, throwing, falling, basic self-defense & general exercise. Classes are through Lee H. Park Martial Arts, and will be held at 1131 N. Kingshighway Suite 2K in Cape Girardeau.
