Instructor: No school, 6/19, 7/4, and 7/5 Pre-Calculus Summer Bridge: Success in a Calculus course depends upon hing acquired a thorough understanding of functions. In this course, considerable emphasis will be given to functions and their graphs. Polynomial, logarithmic, exponential, and trigonometric and circular functions and their inverses will be treated extensively, as well as trigonometric identities, trigonometric equations, and values and applications of the trigonometric unit circle. Students will be prepared to enter Calculus AB upon successful completion and a diagnostic exam. Information regarding the first day of class and orientation will be sent out in May. The class is a synchronous class. Students have one week to drop the course for a partial (50%) refund and two weeks to drop the course with no refund (course grade will be reflected on students transcripts).
