About This Activity
Throughout the camp, children will learn and develop key athletics techniques in a fun and engaging way: ⚡ Speed & Sprinting – Improving running technique, acceleration, and quick reactions 🏃 Relay Races – Learning teamwork, baton passing, and race strategy 🚧 Hurdles – Building coordination, rhythm, and confidence over obstacles 🦘 Jumping Skills – Developing take-off, landing, and body control through a variety of jumps 🎯 Throwing Techniques – Focusing on control, accuracy, and power Shot Put Foam Javelin All activities are adapted to suit different ages and abilities, ensuring every child can progress, feel confident, and have fun.
