This camp will focus on building and developing general athletic skills such as speed, agility, coordination, strength, and flexibility. Players will explore the fundamentals of running drills, practice following complex instructions, and develop both teamwork and competitive strategies. Please bring water, sneakers, and knee pads (if you have them).
