Campers will enjoy a fun and exciting week of tumbling instruction in the gym learning basic gymnastic skills and terminology that will help build self-esteem, increase flexibility, balance and coordination. Tumblers will use the mini-trampoline, low parallel bars, low balance beam, hexagon and wedge. Please wear leotard or athletic gear.
Class will follow a circuit format. Students will learn skills such as forward rolls, round-offs and cartwheels.
