About This Activity
Build on basic skills and unlock new creative techniques in this fun, hands‑on week of crochet. Designed for students who already know foundational stitches (chain, single and double crochet) or have completed Beginning Crochet, this course focuses on pattern reading, stitch combinations, shaping, and finishing. Campers will complete 2–3 small projects while learning how to choose yarn, read common abbreviations, and add neat edges and seaming. A basic crochet kit is provided, but students may bring their own tools and favorite yarn as well. Students will leave with finished projects, a personal stitch reference, and the confidence to tackle intermediate patterns independently. This course is perfect for curious makers ready to level up their crochet!
