When: Tuesday's for 6 weeks (March 10-April 14)
Time: 3:30-4:20 pmWhat: This class will focus on speed, strength and conditioning for our youth participants. During this class, participants will learn proper form/technique as well as work with our Wellness Coach, Jared Gaither.Fee: Members: $18 Program Participants: $36
