Description
Push your limits with Tabata, a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to boost both aerobic and anaerobic capacity. This class follows the classic Tabata structure: 20 seconds of continuous movement followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated over 6 rounds. You'll build muscular endurance and improve your overall fitness in just 40 to 45 minutes. The class wraps up with 5 minutes of intense cardio and finishes with a full-body stretch. No equipment required!
