About This Activity
Become a CPR/AED and First Aid pro with this hands-on course for professional-level rescuers. This course is designed specifically for lifeguards, recreation professionals, EMS personnel, police, firefighters and more. You’ll learn to recognize and respond to breathing, cardiac and first aid emergencies in adults, children and infants, as well as how to provide proper care to an ill or injured person until more advanced medical personnel can take over. Upon successful completion of all course components, participants will receive certificates in CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and First Aid from the American Red cross, valid for two years. All equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.
