About This Activity
Description
Our Learn to Shoot Safety Class takes non-shooters and beginners through the basics of learning to handle a shotgun and getting range ready.
This class is offered only Saturday and Sundays at 9:45 am, 11:30 am, 1:15 pm, and 3:00 pm.
The Learn to Shoot Safety class covers range etiquette/rules, safely handling the shotgun, loading/unloading, stance and shooting clay targets.
Each class holds 6 people and pre-registration is strongly suggested as we can't guarantee walk-in space. The class is $45 per person and last about 1 1/2 hours.
Shotguns, ammo, and ear pro will be provided. Safety glasses are available for purchase if necessary for $6.00.* Students will be required to provide their own eye protection (sunglasses, prescription glasses or other eye coverings)
The class is open to everyone age 12 and up.
Come dressed for the weather and ready to have some FUN!!!

Our Learn to Shoot safety class is required for all customers who have never shot shotguns before. This class is offered four times per day every Saturday and Sunday and is open to everyone ages 12 and up. Students 12 through 17 years of age must always be accompanied by an adult or guardian. The guardian does not have to participate but must be present at all times.
In the class you will cover:
* Range safety and etiquette
* Safely handling the shotgun
* Preparing to shoot
* Hitting targets!
This class is outside all year, so please dress for the weather. We suggest closed-toe shoes and no tank tops.

This class is great for friends, couples, bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthday parties and folks just looking for an introduction into shooting sports.

This class meets at the Bull Run Shooting Center pro shop. Our address is 7700 Bull Run Drive, Centreville VA 20121. After crossing the bridge over I-66, take an immediate left. Follow the signs to the Shooting Center.
