Description
Budding black belts will develop focus, patience and respect all while having fun. Sparks Karate teaches martial arts in a safe and nurturing environment. Designed to balance the mind and body, this high-energy karate class helps students build physical and mental stamina. Martial artists learn a series of self-defense techniques featuring kicking,punching and grabbing. Students also learn their name in Japanese along with the various belt levels.
This class is designed for beginners all the way through 6th Degree Black Belt.
Please be advise, this class only meets on Monday
