Tailored for teens and adults, this progressive and personalized curriculum will put swimmers on a clear track towards their individualized swimming goals. New swimmers gain confidence in teh water as they focus on water comfort, submersion and the basics of the freestyle stroke. For those swimmers comfortable in the water, focusing on stroke mechanics, and technique will help them gain confidence and the ability to swim longer distances and begin to utilize swimming as a life-long sport. This program is for individuals with disabilities who need more supervision in the water.
