Description
Interested in martial arts for your 5–6-year-old but not sure they’re ready for a full Tae Kwon Do program? TKD Foundations bridges the gap with a fun, structured introduction to the basics. Students will learn fundamental kicks, strikes, blocks, and stances while improving balance, coordination, and focus. Children can remain in this program, progressing at their own pace, until they’re ready to join our traditional Chung Do Kwan program. Participants can earn colored stripes on their belt to show progress. A white belt is included for all students.
