Class for Blue Belts through Black Belts. No Class May 23-25 (Memorial Day)This traditional Korean martial art teaches self-confidence, discipline, self-defense and respect for others. It is a challenging and fun way to improve endurance, flexibility and coordination. This class is for students holding blue through black belts. *Parent trains free for the entire session with child's registration. Call the Rec Center front desk @ 952-227-1400 to register the parent.
