This class is for White/Yellow Belts through Green/Blue Belts.This traditional Korean martial art teaches self-confidence, discipline, self-defense and respect for others. It is a challenging and fun way to improve endurance, flexibility and coordination. Class is for students who have completed Jr Orientation (up to green/blue belts). Saturday classes are optional at this rank but recommended for students who would like extra practice or have conflicts on other nights of the week. *Parent trains free for the entire session with child's registration. Call the Rec Center front desk @ 952-227-1400 to register the parent.
