About This Activity
Description
Pilates is a core focused exercise format where precision of movement is central to the work. Exercises are performed primarily on our mats laying on backs, laying on sides, prone, seated & standing. Students can bring a foam kneeling pad for comfort in addition to their exercise mat.
Class dates: Nov 5, 12, 19 Dec 3, 10, 17 Jan 7, 14, 21, 28Drop-ins available for $13/class. Please bring your own exercise mat to class.
