About This Activity
Description
Engage in a challenging yet accessible method of yoga in which movements form a flowing sequence in coordination to breath, with the intention of building strength and flexibility. We focus on precision of movement throughout this challenging yet accessible yoga practice. Straps and blocks are encouraged. Drop-ins are available for $13/class. Please bring an exercise mat to class. Class Dates: Nov 5, 12, 19 Dec 3, 10, 17 Jan 7, 14, 21, 28.
We move through three phases; gentle warming postures, strength and balance work, relaxing deep stretches.
