About This Activity
Description
A method of yoga in which movements form a flowing sequence in coordination to breath; the intention to build strength and flexibility. We move through three phases; gentle warming postures, strength and balance work, relaxing deep stretches. We focus on precision of movement throughout this challenging yet accessible yoga practice. Straps and blocks are encouraged. Drop-ins are available for $13/class. Please bring an exercise mat to class.
