Move and groove every week with your friends to upbeat music. Participate in-person or in the comfort of your home as we break the moves down while getting our hearts pumping! Come join the dance party packed with music and fitness.No program on November 21.
*HYBRID PROGRAM*For hybrid programs, the program will meet in a physical building, or you have the option to attend virtually. The program cost is the same. Virtual participants are responsible for obtaining their own supplies or equipment needed for the program, but staff can assist with equipment modifications if requested. Virtual participants will log on via Zoom. A Zoom link will be sent out before the start of the program.
