About This Activity
The Hazardous Materials Operations course is a Virginia Department of Fire Programs’ certification program designed to meet the NFPA 42-08: Standard for Competence of Responders to Hazardous Materials/Weapons of Mass Destruction Incidents and accredited through the National Board on Fire Service Professional Qualifications (NBFSPQ) and/or the International Fire Service Accreditation Congress (IFSAC). Full Schedule: 01/30/2026- 6-10pm 01/31/2026- 8am-5pm 02/01/2026- 8am-5pm 02/07/2026- 8am-5pm 02/08/2026- 8am-5pm
