About This Activity
Our Kindergarten Summer Camp is a continuation of the Sunflower and Marigold classes of the 24/25 school year and is open to current students at Charlottesville Waldorf School. Classes will follow the familiar Kindergarten rhythm, with seasonal crafts, songs, and activities. We believe the best time for this age group to transition between classes is not during summer camp, but at the beginning of the school year, with everyone else. Therefore, students who were in Kindergarten class in the 24/25 school year should continue in the Kindergarten Summer Garden camp, even if they will be entering First Grade in the 25/26 school year. The half-day option is for the morning, on the same schedule as the rest of our school year. Students will leave before lunchtime. The full day option will include lunchtime and afternoon nap, on the same schedule as the rest of the school year. Full day students will need to bring a packed lunch. Limited spaces available!
