About This Activity
Students are required to attend mass (with at least one parent) on the weeks that our program meets. Families may attend any of our weekend masses. Parents of students in grade 1 or new to our St. Patrick Parish Faith Formation program must submit a copy of their child's baptismal certificate to the Parish Office by the start of classes. If you are registering a child for grade 2 Faith Formation, YOU MUST ALSO REGISTER FOR THE SACRAMENTAL PROGRAM to select a First Communion date. If you do not register for the Sacramental Program, you will NOT be offered a date to receive First Communion. (Verify that both your grade 2 Faith Formation session AND the Sacramental Program are listed in your cart before checking out.) Students are expected to attend all classes. Missed lessons must be completed at home with the help of a parent and an online assessment must be completed. More information to follow.
