About This Activity
Student-athletes will learn how to train with purpose and translate that work into game-day performance. Led by elite-level coaches who care just as much about their development as a person as they do as a player, this clinic series provides a competitive, challenging, and supportive environment. Clinic Format: Each 90-minute session includes: 30 minutes of focused skill development 20–30 minutes of small-sided games that translate directly to real-game situations 30 minutes of competitive 3x3 play to reinforce spacing, decision-making, and intensity
