About This Activity
Forward, Back, Inward, Reverse, Twist—these are just a few of the types of dives you can learn about at Diving Camp! Attendees will learn basic diving skills through dry land activities, floor mat exercises, belt exercises, and aquatic games in the diving well. Lessons will be given with videos to provide visuals of how to execute a dive, and Coach King will use TIVO to explain and show progress. Campers will receive a certificate of completion at an end-of-week dive meet, where basic skills are judged and ribbons are awarded.
