About This Activity
Come out and play what you love or learn something new! Our Love and Lax clinic will feature basic lacrosse skill development. We will focus mostly on stick skills and shooting! We plan to be outside on the field and have a backup plan to be in GPS' East Gym if we have weather or field conditions prevent us from being outside. Attendees will need to bring the following: Girls Lacrosse Stick Mouthguard Lacrosse Goggles Cleats Sneakers Waterbottle Positive Attitude Players will leave with new skills and hopefully a smile! Clinic Director: Coach Laura McIntyre better known as “Coach Mac”. Coach Mac is entering her 2nd year as the Head Lacrosse coach at GPS and is a lifelong student of lacrosse with extensive coaching experience, including NCAA Division III programs from 2011–2024. During this time, she led multiple teams to NCAA Tournament appearances. A former Gettysburg College goalkeeper, she helped win the 2011 NCAA Division III National Championship. A native of Pennsylvania, she holds a B.A. in Psychology from Gettysburg College and an M.A. in Counseling from McDaniel College. Clinic Date: Sunday, February 15, 2026 Who: Girls in the 2nd-5th Times: 1:00-3:00pm Location: GPS Lower Field *If the event of inclement weather the clinic will move to our East Gym. Cost: $60 per camper
