About This Activity
Who: Individuals with Autism who are in 6th grade and beyond What: Join FACT and Tidewater Arts Outreach for our joint GonnawannaEXPRESSagin' yoga / Zumba program! This will allow for individuals with ASD to express, participate, and relax while engaging in yoga and or Zumba. FACT can (and will) adapt any movement to allow for participants of all abilities to participate. Spacing is limited. Class will run for 8 Monday's from 6:00-7:30PM. Parents will not be required to stay. Where: The Plan Bee Academy 4500 Peek Trail Chesapeake, Virginia 23321 When: 6:00PM- 7:30PM-Every Monday from March 4 to April 29 (no class April 1) **** If the program reaches capacity, please still register so FACT can contact you as participants cancel and/or more spots open up! **********
