Description
FloatFit Fusion is a dynamic stand-up paddleboard (SUP) fitness class that combines bodyweight strength training, core conditioning, and bursts of cardio — all designed to challenge your balance, endurance, and full-body coordination.
You’ll alternate between controlled, stability-focused movements and high-intensity intervals, using the paddleboard as your floating mat. This class is designed to push your limits, improve functional strength, and give you a unique outdoor workout experience.
Some prior SUP experience is recommended. You should be comfortable standing, kneeling, transitioning on a paddleboard.

Format: On-board strength & cardio intervals
Who it’s for: Active individuals with basic paddleboard comfort
Attire and Needed Items: flexible comfortable clothing, water bottle, towel and water shoes if preferred.
Requirements: Participants must have general knowledge on how to swim and tread water for at least 30-60 seconds. Water depth will range from 6 inches to over 12 feet. Paddleboard and accessories will be provided. A life jacket will be provided to each participant and is required to be worn during class.
