Pre-Ballet - Performance introduces ballet through age-appropriate activities that teach various ballet steps and positions. Assists in developing rhythm, coordination, flexibility, creativity and self-confidence in a fun environment. Participants must be fully potty trained. Participants will learn choreography for a featured stage performance on Thursday, April 25th at Camelot Community Center, 948 King Arthur Drive, Chesapeake VA 23323. Note: Participants must be able to attend the performance on April 25th in order to register for the the class.
Additional apparel may be required. Extra practice days/times may be scheduled closer to the performance date for technical rehearsals.
Dress: Girls – Leotard tights covering the toes and leather ballet shoes (skirt optional) | Boys– black jazz or athletic pants, black leather ballet shoes and a white t-shirt.
