Students progress on the skills learned in beginner gymnastics while working on flexibility, balance, technique and core strength. Class takes it to the next level!
Dress: Girls: Leotard and/or Unitard, Boys: shorts/sweatpants and solid color t-shirt.Pre-requisite: Participants must have taken beginner gymnastics, mastered a forward roll, cartwheel, handstand, bridge and must have instructor permission.**Waiting List Information: Individuals added to a waitlist are not guaranteed participation. Guaranteed participation is only granted to individuals who have registered prior to the class reaching its maximum enrollment number.**
