How would you like to build your own battling robot that you can control, pitting it against your friends' creations? Come join us to team up and learn how to build your own robots with familiar LEGO parts, then program it, entering it into a series of tournaments. Parents will be able to follow along their child's progress, as their designing, building, and programming skills advance each week, leading to more sophisticated robots in a fun, competitive environment. No prior coding experience is necessary. Each day will include a combination of "plugged" and "unplugged" activities, minimizing the time your child spends in front of a screen. All equiipment and supplies will be provided, but we suggest a water bottle and snack. Monday through Friday, right in Bragg Intermediate School.
